This Privacy Policy applies to your use of all games developed by Laser Guided Games LLC (LGG) as well as any and all data collected by LGG in relation to those games.
What Data We Collect
While playing our games or interacting with services we provide that affect the game environment, we may collect the following types of data:- Your in-game character or profile name.
- In-game state related to multiplayer-relevant features or events; for example, the equipment and abilities your character had equipped when being defeated to show a marker to other players.
- Information you directly provide; for example, messages to display to other players.
- Anonymous aggregated usage statistics; for example, the number of players who have cleared a specific level, total playtime, etc
How We Use Your Data
Anonymous usage statistics are used to help us learn about how users are playing the game, game balance, difficulty, and otherwise improve the quality of the game and any future games. It may also be used in marketing.All other data is used to provide specific multiplayer features such as messaging, item sharing, asynchronous play, and so on.
Data Retention
Except for anonymous usage statistics, in-game data is retained only as long as required to provide the associated multiplayer feature. When the game event or feature expires, times out, or otherwise becomes irrelevant to gameplay, the related data is deleted. The expiration time differs from feature to feature.Data Sharing
Outside of LGG, we may share data with:- Online Platform Operators: (Steam, Xbox Live, Epic Online Services, etc) To faciliate online servics such as stats, leaderboards, achievements, matchmaking, etc.
- Law Enforcement: In the unlikely event of a legitimate law enforcement request, we will provide such data as required by law.
