Ok, so I have completed the +2. Now I start campaign on +3 and the campaign will not advance past "The Beginning". I have played it on easy to insane on the +3 but its stuck there. I see no +3 on the leaderboards so not sure if there is a +3 or not.

Whoops, it's not supposed to go to +3. There is no +3 currently. I'll fix that up when I get a chance. Congrats on being the first to fully clear it!
